ENTPD1, the ectonucleotidase CD39, hydrolyses extracellular ATP and shapes the immunosuppressive adenosine pathway that is heavily studied in tumour immunology. This anti-human ENTPD1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of perenostobart, supplied for research use only. Made to rigorous in vivo standards and formulated with low endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It functions dependably as a control and active reagent in purinergic signalling assays, in vitro screening, ADCC investigations, and in vivo immuno-oncology disease models.
