Background

CD45R (B220) is a high-molecular-weight isoform of the CD45 phosphatase that is highly expressed on B lineage cells and serves as a key B-cell marker. Clone RA3-6B2 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody recognising mouse and human CD45R, validated for Western blot, functional assays, flow cytometry, frozen and paraffin IHC, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence and ELISA. Anti-CD45R RA3-6B2 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent offers reproducible performance for B-cell research.
