The LALA-PG-mutated human IgG1 kappa isotype control recognizes hen egg lysozyme, an antigen with no mammalian counterpart, giving no specific binding and serving as a negative control. Conjugated with MMAE through a valine-citrulline linker at a drug-to-antibody ratio of 4 (DAR4), it lets researchers separate payload and Fc-silencing contributions from target engagement when establishing background and gating in functional studies. Offered for research use only in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories.
