EphA3, encoded by EPHA3, is a receptor tyrosine kinase aberrantly expressed in solid tumors and the leukemic microenvironment, making it a target of interest in oncology research. This research-grade anti-EphA3 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ifabotuzumab, supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to demanding in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. It serves receptor-binding and signalling studies, ADCC and ADC development assays, in vitro screening, and in vivo tumor models.
