Siglec-15 (SIGLEC15) is an immunomodulatory lectin expressed on myeloid cells and osteoclasts and an emerging target in immuno-oncology and bone biology research. Our research-grade anti-human SIGLEC15 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of aldastotug for research use only. Manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is appropriate for receptor-binding and functional assays, in vitro screening, ADCC investigations, and in vivo immuno-oncology models, providing a reliable, reproducible research reagent.
