The endothelin receptor type A (EDNRA) is a G-protein-coupled receptor that mediates potent vasoconstriction and is central to research on vascular tone and cardiovascular disease. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of patecibart, this research-grade anti-human EDNRA recombinant monoclonal antibody is intended for research use only (RUO). It is produced under stringent in vivo manufacturing standards, purified to low endotoxin, and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories.
