EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that drives proliferation across many epithelial cancers, anchoring decades of oncology research. The research-grade anti-EGFR recombinant monoclonal antibody provided here is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of futuximab, offered for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to stringent in vivo standards, the low-endotoxin, ultra-pure formulation is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to receptor-blocking assays, in vitro tumor-cell screening, ADCC studies, in vivo xenograft models, and biologics characterization.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
