CD123 (IL-3Ra) is enriched on leukemic stem cells and is studied as a delivery target for antibody-directed payloads in hematology research. This product is a non-therapeutic, unconjugated research-grade analog of talacotuzumab vedotin, built around an anti-CD123 recombinant antibody and supplied without payload, for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. The reagent supports antibody-drug-conjugate development, including antigen-binding functional assays, in vitro internalization studies, and in vivo targeting models. Reproducible, high-purity preparation supports reliable results across repeated and large-scale experiments.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
