CD22 (Siglec-2) is a B-cell-specific receptor that rapidly internalises upon binding, a property exploited for antibody-directed payload delivery in B-cell-malignancy research. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pinatuzumab vedotin built around the CD22 antigen and supplied for research use only (RUO). It is produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage laboratories. As an ADC-format tool it is well suited to antibody-drug conjugate development, in vitro internalisation and cytotoxicity assays, and in vivo preclinical lymphoma models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
