The hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface antigen is the principal viral envelope determinant and a long-standing target for neutralizing-antibody research. This research-grade anti-HBV recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of exbivirumab provided for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to rigorous in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is delivered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to viral neutralization and surface-antigen blocking assays, in vitro binding screening, in vivo infection models, and biologics characterization, serving as a consistent positive control reagent in antiviral studies.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
