EGFR (also known as ERBB1 or HER1) is a receptor tyrosine kinase whose overexpression fuels growth in numerous carcinomas, a property that has long motivated targeted payload-delivery strategies. Supplied as a human IgG1, this product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of laprituximab emtansine, intended to support antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) research without any payload or linker attached. It is purified to a low-endotoxin grade compatible with in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram lots for demanding, high-throughput workflows. For research use only (RUO), it serves as a naked-antibody comparator and binding reference in ADC characterization, internalization assays, and preclinical EGFR tumor models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
