Interferon alpha (IFN-alpha) is a type I interferon central to antiviral defense and to the immune dysregulation seen in lupus and other autoimmune conditions. This research-grade anti-IFN-alpha recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of faralimomab, intended strictly for research use only (RUO). Produced to stringent in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to supply heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. It functions as a reliable cytokine-neutralizing reagent and control for in vitro signaling studies, in vivo autoimmune disease models, and biologics characterization workflows.
