HAVCR2 (TIM-3) is an inhibitory receptor on exhausted T cells and innate immune cells that dampens antitumor responses, a prominent target in immuno-oncology research. This reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of cobolimab, a human IgG4-kappa recombinant antibody supplied for research use only (RUO). It is an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation built to in vivo standards and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It supports checkpoint functional assays, T-cell exhaustion studies, in vitro screening and preclinical tumor-immunology models examining TIM-3 biology. The ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is offered at milligram-to-gram scale, giving high-throughput labs consistent performance across every lot.
