If ichorbio's low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin (<0.5EU/mg) at an even higher purity (98% versus 95%). ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.

Background:

CD200 (OX-2) is an immune suppressor that regulates the of induction of cytokine production by conventional allostimulatory DC. CD200 limits pro-inflammatory signals and has been shown to play an important role in cancer and immune disorders.

0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

Storage:

Anti-Mouse CD200 In Vivo Antibody (OX-90) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
