H-2Db is a mouse MHC class I molecule that presents intracellular peptides to CD8 T cells and is fundamental to studies of antigen presentation and cellular immunity. Clone B22/249 is a mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody recognising H-2Db, validated for in vivo applications. Anti-H-2Db B22/249 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Offered strictly for research use only and as a non-therapeutic reagent, it provides reproducible lot-to-lot results for MHC class I, antigen presentation, and transplantation immunology research.

This antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

This low endotoxin antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C for at least four (4) weeks. For long-term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
