Repulsive guidance molecule A (RGMA) modulates axon guidance, neuronal survival, and neuroinflammation, making it an important target in neuroscience and CNS-repair research. Our research-grade recombinant human IgG1 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of unasnemab raised against RGMA and intended strictly for research use only (RUO). The low-endotoxin preparation is suitable for in vivo experimentation and is manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities to keep high-throughput and bulk laboratories supplied. It serves as a neutralizing reference reagent and control across in vitro signaling assays, neurite-outgrowth studies, and preclinical models of neurological injury.
