Background
RNase L is an interferon-inducible endoribonuclease that degrades viral and cellular RNA as part of the innate antiviral defence and stress response. Clone 2E9 is a mouse IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody recognising RNase L across human, hamster, and primate samples, validated for ELISA, paraffin IHC, Western blotting, and in vivo applications. Anti-RNase L 2E9 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it provides reproducible performance for innate-immunity and antiviral signalling research.

Formulation
This antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.
Storage
This low endotoxin antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C for at least four (4) weeks. For long-term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
