Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) is a key inhibitory checkpoint that dampens T-cell responses and is one of the most studied targets in cancer immunology. Our research-grade anti-human PD-1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of nofazinlimab, supplied solely for research use only (RUO). Produced to in vivo standards and formulated for low endotoxin, it is delivered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It performs reliably as a control and active reagent across checkpoint blockade assays, in vitro screening, and in vivo immuno-oncology models.
