VEGFR-1, encoded by FLT1, is a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor implicated in angiogenesis and tumor vasculature, making it a target of oncology and vascular biology research. This research-grade anti-VEGFR-1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of icrucumab, intended for research use only (RUO). Produced to stringent in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation is provided in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. It is suited to receptor-blocking and angiogenesis assays, ligand-binding studies, in vitro screening, and in vivo tumor vascularization models.
