CD19 is a pan-B-cell surface antigen that modulates B-cell receptor signalling and is a key target in leukaemia, lymphoma, and cell-therapy research. This recombinant anti-human CD19 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of loncastuximab, supplied for research use only (RUO) and provided without payload. Built to demanding in vivo standards and low in endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It supports B-cell binding and internalization assays, in vitro screening, ADC development workflows, and in vivo oncology models with consistent performance.
