CD22 is a B-cell-restricted inhibitory receptor and a validated antibody-drug-conjugate target in B-lineage leukaemia research. This recombinant anti-human CD22 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of inotuzumab, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards, carries low endotoxin, and is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, internalisation and binding studies, ADC-development workflows, reproducible controls, and in vivo models of B-cell malignancy, relying on consistent lot-to-lot behaviour for large experimental campaigns.
