Purification Method:This recombinant protein was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Background:RUO monalizumab is a blocking antibody that prevents the inhibition of CD8+ T cells and NK cell by tumor cells expressing HLA-E. By acting simultaneously on innate and adaptive immunity, monalizumab may re-establish a broad anti-tumor response.

Formulation:Sterile, preservative-free, solution in PBS. BSA and Azide free.
Purity:>95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

Storage:Monalizumab Biosimilar - Research Grade is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
