Fn14 (TNFRSF12A), the smallest TNF-receptor superfamily member, mediates TWEAK signaling implicated in tissue remodeling, inflammation, and tumor growth. This research-grade anti-human TNFRSF12A recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of enavatuzumab provided for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to demanding in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin formulation and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. Suitable applications encompass receptor blocking and neutralization assays, in vitro signaling studies, ADCC investigations, in vivo disease models, and reference control work in biologics characterization.
