Tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) is a key regulator of the extrinsic coagulation cascade and a notable target in hemophilia and hemostasis research. Provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of befovacimab, this human IgG2-lambda recombinant antibody is intended for research use only (RUO). It is formulated with low endotoxin to in vivo-grade standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities so high-throughput coagulation laboratories can work without lot-to-lot drift. The antibody supports functional assays, clotting and thrombin-generation studies, in vitro screening and preclinical hemostasis models exploring TFPI modulation.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
