Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen 4 (CTLA-4) is a central inhibitory checkpoint that restrains T-cell activation, and its modulation underpins a major branch of cancer immunotherapy research. Presented as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of muzastotug, this recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody targets CTLA-4 and is intended for research use only (RUO). Low endotoxin levels allow confident in vivo deployment, and production in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities supports heavy-usage and high-throughput programs. The reagent is used as a checkpoint-blockade control and active tool across in vitro screening, immune functional assays, preclinical immuno-oncology models, and biologics characterization.
