Inducible T-cell co-stimulator (ICOS) is a CD28-family receptor that sustains effector and follicular helper T-cell responses, of interest across immuno-oncology and autoimmune research. This recombinant anti-human ICOS monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of feladilimab, supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional assays, co-stimulation and T-cell-modulation studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo immune models, with the consistency required for extended, heavy-usage immunology research.
