Immunoglobulin E (IgE), encoded by IGHE, is the antibody isotype that drives allergic sensitization and mast-cell activation, making it a long-standing target in allergy research. This reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lesigercept designed to engage IgE for functional studies. It is provided in a low-endotoxin format suited to in vivo experiments and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities so that bulk and high-throughput laboratories are well supplied. For research use only (RUO), it is useful as a control and active reagent in IgE-neutralization assays, mast-cell and basophil activation readouts, in vitro screening, and preclinical models of allergic disease.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
