Plasma kallikrein (KLKB1) is a serine protease that releases bradykinin and helps regulate the contact and kinin-kallikrein systems, with strong relevance to hereditary angioedema and inflammation research. Supplied as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of navenibart, this recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody targets KLKB1 and is intended for research use only (RUO). It is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram batches for bulk and high-throughput workflows and formulated with low endotoxin so it performs dependably in vivo. Typical uses include protease-neutralization functional assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical models of contact-system activation.
