The beta chain of fibrin II is exposed upon clot formation, providing a thrombus-specific epitope studied in coagulation and imaging research. This product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of biciromab, supplied as a human Fab' (G1-kappa) recombinant fragment for research use only (RUO). It is formulated low in endotoxin to in vivo-suitable standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional and binding assays, fibrin- and thrombus-targeting studies, in vitro characterization and preclinical models of clot formation, with reliable consistency across lots.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
