ERBB2 (HER2) is a growth-signaling receptor tyrosine kinase and one of the most extensively validated oncology targets in research. Provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of disitamab, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is for research use only (RUO). It is an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation built to in vivo standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports functional and receptor-blockade assays, HER2-signaling studies, ADCC analysis, ADC development reference work, in vitro screening and preclinical HER2 tumor models.
