MASP-2 is the key serine protease of the lectin complement pathway, initiating downstream activation and serving as a focal point in complement and inflammation research. This recombinant human IgG4 lambda2 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of narsoplimab directed against MASP2 and supplied for research use only (RUO). Its low-endotoxin formulation supports in vivo studies, and production in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities serves the needs of heavy-usage laboratories. The reagent is applied as a pathway-inhibition control and active tool in complement functional assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical models of complement-driven injury.
