PD-1 is a key inhibitory checkpoint receptor on T cells and one of the most extensively investigated targets in tumour immunology. This anti-human PD-1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of zimberelimab, provided strictly for research use only (RUO). Built to in vivo manufacturing standards with low endotoxin, it is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities suited to bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports checkpoint blockade assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo immuno-oncology models, acting as a dependable control and active reagent with lot-to-lot consistency.
