CXCR4 (CD184) is a chemokine receptor central to cell migration and tumor dissemination, and antibody-drug conjugate strategies against it are an active area of oncology research. This product is a research-grade, non-therapeutic biosimilar analog of the ulocuplumab vedotin conjugate, an anti-CXCR4 IgG1 antibody linked to a vedotin-class payload, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin standard suitable for in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for demanding laboratories. The reagent supports ADC characterization, internalization and cytotoxicity assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical tumor-targeting models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
