Background
Interleukin-17A (IL17A) is a pro-inflammatory Th17 cytokine that orchestrates tissue inflammation and is a key target in autoimmune disease research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of afasevikumab, this research-grade anti-human IL17A recombinant monoclonal antibody is intended for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to demanding in vivo standards, formulated for low endotoxin, and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. Typical uses include cytokine neutralization assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo models of autoimmune and inflammatory disease requiring a reproducible reagent.
Purification Method
This monoclonal antibody was purified using Protein A
Formulation
Sterile, preservative-free, solution in PBS. BSA and Azide free.
