Tumour necrosis factor (TNF) is a pivotal pro-inflammatory cytokine that drives systemic inflammation and is extensively studied in sepsis and autoimmune research. This recombinant anti-human TNF F(ab')2 fragment is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of afelimomab, provided strictly for research use only. Built to rigorous in vivo standards and low in endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It serves as a dependable neutralizing control and active reagent in cytokine assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo inflammatory and sepsis models, with consistent lot-to-lot performance.
