ICOS is an inducible co-stimulatory receptor that supports T-cell expansion and effector differentiation, attracting interest in cancer immunotherapy research. This recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of vopratelimab directed against ICOS and is supplied for research use only (RUO). The low-endotoxin formulation is suitable for in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Researchers deploy it as a co-stimulation control and functional reagent across in vitro T-cell activation assays, agonist studies, and preclinical tumor immunology models.
