The ganglioside GD3 is a tumor-associated glycolipid overexpressed on melanoma and related malignancies, positioning it as a target of interest in oncology research. This research-grade antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) analog of Ecromeximab Vedotin is an anti-GD3 reagent supplied strictly for research use only (RUO). This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
