Vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA) is the principal driver of angiogenesis and a cornerstone target across cancer and vascular disease research. This recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of varisacumab directed against VEGFA and is offered for research use only (RUO). The antibody is purified to a low-endotoxin standard appropriate for in vivo experimentation and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It serves as a ligand-neutralizing control and active reagent across in vitro angiogenesis assays, VEGF-signaling screens, and preclinical tumor and vascular models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
