Marmoset CD32a (FcγRIIa) is an activating Fc gamma receptor relevant to translational research in this widely used non-human-primate model, where it contributes to immune-complex binding and myeloid activation. Expressed in HEK 293 cells, this recombinant marmoset CD32a ectodomain is validated for SPR, BLI and ELISA, supporting cross-species comparison of antibody Fc engagement. It is a non-therapeutic protein for research use only, produced to in vivo grade standards with ultra-low endotoxin. Available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities, it gives high-throughput and bulk laboratories a dependable reagent for primate Fc receptor and antibody-effector characterization.

The sequence of the extracellular domain of marmoset CD32a (Phe 36-Arg 216) was fused with a C-terminal tag consisting of the AVI tag, TEV protease recognition sequence and a 10-His tag.

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. No preservatives or cryoprotectants have been added. To obtain a final concentration of 1 mg/ml reconstitute 0.25 mg vials with 0.25 ml water and 1.0 mg vials with 1.0 ml water.
