Background:

Ofatumumab biosimilar is an IgG1κ human monoclonal antibody with a molecular weight of approximately 149 kDa. The antibody is produced in a recombinant CHO cell line using standard mammalian cell cultivation and purification technologies.

1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml

Formulation:

Sterile, clear to milky white, colorless, preservative-free liquid, with a pH of 5.5, containing arginine, sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, polysorbate 80, sodium acetate, and sodium chloride. BSA and Azide free.

Purity:

>95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

Endotoxin:

≤ 0.75 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method

Storage:

This antibody is stable for at least 4 weeks when stored at 2-8°C. For long term storage, aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at – 20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.
