As a co-inhibitory receptor that dampens T-cell priming, CTLA-4 ranks among the most studied immune checkpoints in oncology research. This recombinant human IgG1 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of tuvonralimab targeting CTLA-4, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is formulated to a low-endotoxin standard suited to in vivo applications and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities so that bulk and high-throughput laboratories never run short. Investigators commonly deploy it as a checkpoint-blockade control and functional reagent across in vitro T-cell activation assays, ADCC studies, and preclinical tumor immunotherapy models.
