Tissue factor (CD142, also known as Factor III) initiates the extrinsic coagulation pathway and is studied for its contribution to tumour biology and as an antibody-drug conjugate target. This recombinant anti-human tissue factor antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of tisotumab vedotin, supplied for research use only (RUO) and provided without payload. Produced to rigorous in vivo standards and low in endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It supports binding and internalization assays, in vitro screening, ADC development workflows, and in vivo oncology models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
