Tim-3 (HAVCR2) is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor implicated in T-cell exhaustion and the regulation of innate and adaptive immunity, drawing strong interest across immuno-oncology. Clone IB19 is a human IgG4 (S228P) monoclonal antibody recognising human Tim-3 and is well suited to functional assays examining checkpoint signalling and immune-cell behaviour. Anti-Tim-3 clone IB19 is prepared in a low-endotoxin format compatible with in vivo use and is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Offered for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent, IB19 provides consistent performance and lot-to-lot reproducibility for human immunology research.
