Frizzled-10 (FZD10) is a Wnt receptor overexpressed in certain sarcomas and other tumors, making it a target of interest in oncology research. Described here is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of tabituximab, a recombinant anti-FZD10 monoclonal antibody intended for research use only. Produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. The antibody is useful for receptor-binding functional assays, in vitro Wnt-signaling screens, and in vivo tumor-targeting models.
