Background
Interpreting bispecific in vivo experiments requires a format-matched negative control built on the same engineered backbone. This bispecific mouse IgG2c LALA-PG kappa isotype control is directed against hen egg lysozyme, an antigen absent from mammalian systems, using the anti-lysozyme clones HyHEL-10 and HEL D1.3 so that it provides no specific binding while sharing the effector-silenced architecture of paired test antibodies. It is ideal for setting background and controlling for nonspecific effects in functional and in vivo studies. Supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities, it is a research-use-only reagent for high-throughput and bulk work.
Clone
HyHEL-10 / HEL D1.3
Purification Method
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
