R-spondin 3 (RSPO3) potentiates Wnt signaling and influences stem-cell renewal and tumor growth, drawing sustained interest in cancer and developmental biology research. This is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of rosmantuzumab, a recombinant monoclonal antibody targeting RSPO3, intended for research use only and not for therapeutic application. The antibody is prepared to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk programs. It supports pathway-blocking functional assays, in vitro Wnt-signaling screens, and in vivo tumor models.
