The SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein mediates viral attachment and entry and remains a key antigen for coronavirus neutralization research. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of romlusevimab, a recombinant monoclonal antibody recognizing SARS-CoV-2. Designed exclusively for research use only, it is manufactured to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and provided in scalable milligram to gram quantities to support sustained, high-throughput screening. It functions well as a positive control and active reagent in viral neutralization assays, in vitro binding studies, and in vivo challenge models within antiviral research programs. Lot-to-lot reproducibility and ample availability make it well suited to extended, high-volume research efforts.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
