Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor on T cells that restrains immune activation and is among the most studied targets in immuno-oncology. Presented here is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of rosnilimab, an anti-PD-1 recombinant monoclonal antibody for research use only. Manufactured under in vivo-grade conditions with low endotoxin, it is offered in scalable milligram to gram quantities to sustain high-throughput checkpoint research.
