Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Detects human IL17A. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Secukinumab.

Interleukin-17A (IL-17A) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine central to Th17 responses and is heavily studied across psoriasis, arthritis, and other autoimmune settings. Presented as a research-grade reagent, this unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of secukinumab targets human IL-17A for cytokine-neutralisation work. It is intended for research use only, purified to a low-endotoxin standard suitable for in vivo experiments, and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for laboratories with intensive throughput. Applications include IL-17A blockade assays, inflammatory signalling studies, in vitro screening, in vivo disease models, and use as a defined comparator in biologics development.
