B7-H3 (CD276) is an immune-modulatory checkpoint molecule broadly overexpressed across solid tumors, making it a leading target in cancer immunotherapy research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of vobramitamab, this recombinant human IgG1 antibody binds CD276 and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is produced to in vivo-grade, low-endotoxin standards and packaged in scalable milligram to gram quantities for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports antigen-binding and internalization assays, in vitro tumor-cell screening, control reagents, ADCC studies, and preclinical models supporting targeted-therapy and ADC development.
